One of the Nambucca Valley’s most iconic attractions, the V-Wall is a unique outdoor art gallery stretching along the entrance to the Nambucca River. Visitors are encouraged to leave their mark by painting messages and artwork on the rocks, creating a colourful and ever-changing display. The V-Wall also offers stunning river and ocean views, making it a favourite spot for photographers and sunset watchers.

Cost: It is completely free to enter and explore.
Accessibility: The flat, paved breakwall path is fully wheelchair and pram accessible.
Participation: Visitors are highly encouraged to bring their own paintbrushes and paint to add their own memories to an unpainted or faded stone.
Wildlife Spotting: The path offers sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean and Nambucca River. Pods of resident bottlenose dolphins and migrating humpback whales (from May to November) are frequently spotted directly from the wall.
Amenities: The immediate area features a large grassy park with shade trees, picnic tables, BBQs, public toilets, and showers.

How to Get There
The gallery is situated at the eastern end of Wellington Drive, Nambucca Heads. You can park directly at the breakwater car park, or take the highly recommended scenic walk along the foreshore boardwalk. This fully paved trail begins at the Nambucca Heads Visitor Information Centre and winds past Bellwood Park directly to the V-Wall at the river mouth.

Adjacent to the gallery, the V Wall Pavilion offers beachside casual dining, local seafood, and drinks, making it an ideal spot to sit back and enjoy the coastal breeze after a stroll.
